Former Real Madrid striker Ronaldo Nazario is in advanced talks to buy La Liga club Real Valladolid for €30m.
The 41-year-old Brazilian legend has been linked in purchasing a team in England and Spain before opting for Pucela.
According to Cadena Ser’s El Larguero claiming that Ronaldo will pay 30 million euros to take over Valladolid and become club president and the incumbent Carlos Suarez will remain with La Liga outfit but in a new role of chief executive.
Valladolid have been promoted the top flight after a five-year absence begins life in the first tier with 0-0 draws on their opening game at Girona before a narrow loss to defending champions Barcelona.
Ronaldo had previously owned a stake in American side Fort Lauderdale Strikers before their dissolution in 2016.
