Kaffy’s ex-husband, Joseph Ameh reacts as Nigerian woman married for 42 years says she can never be submissive to a man (video)

A 73-year-old fitness enthusiast has gone viral after stating that she can never be submissive in marriage and did not teach her daughters to be so.

Rosalind Umar,  who has been married for 42 years, said this while appearing on the Honest Bunch Podcast.

She said: “I can never be submissive to a man, neither my six daughters.

“Submissive? Total bulls***. I’d rather be a single woman, any day, proudly so, I knock my chest.

“Marriage is not visa to heaven.

“Is your wife a lap dog? If you want an Alsatian dog or a lap dog or a poodle that you’ll say, ‘sit down’…”

Rosalind’s comment angered Joseph Ameh, 36, a drummer who was previously married to dancer Kaffy, 44.

Responding to the video, Joseph wrote: “Bad character is the new cool… I really thought all elders have sense.

Rosalind Umar, 73, previously shared how her first marriage at the age of 29 ended in less than a couple of years while her current marriage has lasted for 42 years.
She has now revealed that despite learning to cook intercontinental cuisine, her first husband still cheated on her.

She recently described her current marriage of 42 years as seamless and said everything “just flows” because she’s with the right person for her.

Watch Rosalind speak on submissiveness in the video below.
