N15M Bribe: Lawyer reveals reason for Bobrisky’s absence at hearing

The legal representative of the popular influencer, Bobrisky reveals the reason for his absence at a scheduled appearance before a panel at the National Assembly Complex, where he was expected to address allegations of a ₦15 million bribe.

The panel was convened to investigate claims that Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye, had allegedly paid EFCC a ₦15 million bribe for his money laundering charges to be dropped.

Bobrisky’s legal team, in a statement to the panel, explained that their client was unwell and unable to attend the hearing.

Notably, Verydarkman refused to share details on the recording that exposed the lifestyle influencer while insisting on his presence.
