Kanye West sued for sexual assault by model Jennifer An

Kanye West is facing allegations of turning a 2010 music video shoot into what a model describes as a deeply disturbing experience involving violence and humiliation.

Jenn An, a model who appeared in cycle 13 of America’s Next Top Model, has filed a federal lawsuit against West, claiming he choked her until she blacked out and forced her to perform acts that resembled porn0graphy rather than art.

The allegations stem from the shoot for the music video of La Roux’s In For the Kill, in which West featured on the remix. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jenn claims Kanye selected her from a lineup of women, allegedly saying, “Give me the Asian girl.” The shoot reportedly took place at New York City’s Chelsea Hotel.

Jenn says she was dressed in revealing lingerie when West commented, “That’s why I chose you.” He allegedly directed the camera to focus solely on her as he began filming. The lawsuit states that West then strangled her with both hands and smothered her face before forcing several fingers down her throat in what she describes as an emulation of forced oral s3x. Jenn claims the ordeal lasted more than a minute and left her humiliated and physically distressed.

During the incident, Kanye reportedly yelled, “This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso.” According to Jenn, the experience felt more like a display of “porn0graphic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes” than a professional music video shoot.

Jenn also alleges that La Roux, whose original track was remixed by West, later described the shoot as featuring “upsetting, unsettling” behavior when recounting it to a friend. The music video, however, does not appear to feature either Jenn or Kanye in its final versions available online.

The lawsuit, which names Kanye West and Universal Music Group as defendants, accuses them of gender-motivated violence. Jenn also claims the incident was deliberately suppressed by the record label and other industry figures. She is now seeking accountability for what she describes as a traumatic and exploitative experience.
